Heather Vieaux

Heather Vieaux has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving in the Human Resources department at ChanceLight™ Behavioral Health, Therapy & Education since April 1998 and as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Ombudsman Educational Services since October 2000. At Ombudsman, Heather provides assistance with employee benefits, the Family and Medical Leave Act, workers compensation, and unemployment, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, and retention. Heather has demonstrated success in overseeing the recruitment, hiring, and retention of highly qualified teachers and staff while ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Heather holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University (2008-2010) and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Chippewa Valley Technical College (1992-1995).
