Lepolve Varpilah has extensive experience in electrical engineering and management, currently serving as Electric Engineer Manager at OMCO Solar since February 2018, following a role as Electrical Engineer. Previously, Lepolve worked at ABB Product Group Solar as a Product Engineer from November 2014 to 2016 and was part of the R&D Power Conversion Group at ABB GROUP from 2012 to 2016. Earlier experience includes a position as Sustaining Engineer at ABB GROUP from 2012 to 2014 and as Production Operator II at Three Five Systems, INC from 2004 to 2012. Lepolve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (Control Systems) and a Master of Science in Alternative Energy Technology, both from Arizona State University.
