Felix Lievano has been working in the Human Resources field since 2001. Felix started their career at Aristos Management Consultants as a Consultant, followed by a role as a HIS Consultant at Hay Group in 2002. In 2004, they returned to Consultores Andinos as a Consultant, before moving to PricewaterhouseCoopers Colombia as a Manager in 2006. In 2007, they joined Consultores Andinos again, this time as a Senior Consultant. From 2009 to 2014, they worked at Organizacion Corona as the Corporate Center HR Manager and Compensation & Benefits Corporate Manager. In 2013, they took on the role of Partner, Sales and Operations Manager at Regis International. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at PEVIX as a Senior Managing Partner, and is currently the Socio Director LATAM at OMD Human Resources Consulting.
Felix Lievano has a long history of education. In 1987, they attended Colegio Emilio Valenzuela and obtained a High School degree in 1993. Felix then attended Universidad de La Sabana from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Administración y gestión de empresas, general. In 2005 and 2006, they attended Universidad de los Andes and earned a Master's degree in Top Management. From 2008 to 2009, they attended IE Business School and earned a Master's degree in Human Resources. Finally, from 2012 to 2014, they attended ISEAD Business School (online program) and earned a Master's degree in Finance.
