Mauricio Luque

Mauricio Luque has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Mauricio began their career in 1997 as the Facilities Manager at Universidad Externado de Colombia. Mauricio then moved to IBM in 1999, where they worked as a Telecoverage and Telesales Representative. In 2002, they became the Manager of Sales and Marketing for Disbelsa Ltda. and in 2003 they took on the role of Latam Regional Sales Manager for Complex Systems Inc. (Banktrade). In 2005, they joined Hay Group as the Productized Services Director, Reward Information Services Leader, and Training and Development Leader. In 2013, they became an Independent Consultant and in 2014 they joined Mercer as a Senior Consultant and Product Manager for the Andean, Central America and Caribbean region. In 2017, they took on the role of Director for HR Advisors SAS and in 2018 they became the Partner Director Latam for OMD Human Resources Consulting. In 2019, they joined the Fundación Educativa de Inglaterra as a member of the Board of Directors.

Mauricio Luque attended INALDE Business School in 2011, where they received a DDP in Directive Development Program. Mauricio then attended Universidad Externado de Colombia from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration.
