Ahsan Ali Jewel

Ahsan Ali Jewel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ahsan Ali started their career in 2016 as a Customer Support Services representative at Texhut. In the same year, they also worked as an HR Intern at Obhizatrik Foundatation.

In 2020, Ahsan joined MetLife as a Financial Services Associate and worked there until January 2022.

In 2021, Ahsan enrolled in Jahangirnagar University for an MSc program in Remote Sensing & GIS, which they completed in May 2023.

Simultaneously, Ahsan was involved with the Bangladesh Chess Federation since 2018, serving as a National Arbiter and a player for the National B team.

Most recently, in December 2022, Ahsan joined Omdena as a Junior Machine Learning Engineer. Ahsan Ali currently holds this position.

Starting in January 2023, Ahsan will also begin working as an Assistant Teacher for the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.

Ahsan Ali Jewel's education history is as follows:

From 2007 to 2012, Ahsan attended Polisha High School, where they completed their SSC degree in Science.

From 2012 to 2014, Ahsan studied at Uttara High School and College, completing their HSC degree in Science.

In 2015, Ahsan enrolled at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Disaster and Human Security Management. Ahsan Ali completed their degree in 2019.

In 2021, Ahsan joined Jahangirnagar University to pursue a Master of Science (MS) degree in Remote Sensing and GIS. Ahsan Ali is currently enrolled in this program.

In 2022, Ahsan attended the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO), where they obtained an E-CLASS certificate in Overview of Global Navigation Satellite System.

Ahsan's future education plans include pursuing a Bachelor of Physical Education degree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching at Govt. Physical Education College Dhaka, starting in 2023. Ahsan Ali has also obtained additional certifications in various fields, including GIS and remote sensing, from institutions such as GEO University, ICIMOD, and YouthMappers.
