Caterina Bonan's work experience can be summarized as follows:

Caterina Bonan began their career as a professional volleyball player from 2001 to 2009, playing for various teams and even representing the Italian women's national team.

Caterina then transitioned into academia and research, starting as a Research Assistant at the University of Geneva from 2015 to 2019. Here, they conducted research, trained students, and contributed to data extraction and analysis.

From 2019 to 2021, Caterina worked at the University of Cambridge as an SNSF PostDoc.mobility post-doctoral fellow and an Academic Supervisor. Caterina conducted extensive research, co-authored a thematic volume, supervised students, and examined dissertations.

In 2023, Caterina joined Five9 as a Services Data Scientist, leading the AI tuning team. Caterina'sresponsibilities include analyzing clients' conversational flows, tailoring Intelligent Virtual Assistants, and designing AI conversation workflows.

In 2008, Caterina Bonan began their education at Università Ca' Foscari Venezia, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistica e Glottodidattica (Linguistics and FL/L2 teaching), completing the program in 2011.

From 2009 to 2010, they participated in an ERASMUS exchange program at Université de la Sorbonne Nouvelle, focusing on Faculté de Langues et Littératures Françaises et Latines.
