Laura Hynes

Laura Hynes has extensive work experience in the media industry. Laura worked at Omeda from March 2016 to August 2020, where they served as the Director of Client Services and later as the Director of Client Success. In these roles, Laura was responsible for understanding clients' strategic marketing objectives and coordinating resources to meet their goals. Laura also acted as the clients' advocate, ensuring client retention, project management, and overall satisfaction.

Before Omeda, Laura worked at Hallmark Data Systems from 1999 to 2016. Laura held various roles including Senior Client Relationship Manager, Training & Development Manager, Senior Account Manager/Internal Support Supervisor, and Senior Account Manager. In these positions, Laura developed strong relationships with clients, provided strategic advice and creative solutions, and managed databases and support staff. Laura also achieved sales growth, doubled client base, and maintained high levels of customer service and retention.

Laura Hynes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Valparaiso University.
