Tony Napoleone has a diverse work experience. Tony began their career at BPA Worldwide as a Media Auditor, where they verified circulation and market penetration claims of print and electronic media companies. Tony then moved on to Bobit Business Media, starting as an Audience Marketing Manager and eventually becoming the Director of Audience Development. In this role, they were responsible for creating business and promotion plans, conducting competitive analysis, and monitoring P&L's.

Napoleone joined Omeda as the VP of Client Success and later transitioned to the role of VP of Client Experience. Currently, they are working at Pavilion as a Member, where they completed the CRO School Graduate program, gaining skills in financial modeling, revenue team alignment, and board management. Pavilion is an invitation-only community for sales and marketing executives.
