Neal Martyniak is an experienced flight engineer with a strong background in military and aviation operations. Currently serving as a Flight Engineer at Omega Air Refueling Services, Inc. since October 2018, Neal also holds the position of Command Flight Engineer Examiner with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, a role started in July 2016. Prior to these positions, Neal spent over a decade at the United States Air Force, where roles included Squadron Superintendent for both NATO Operations Squadron Two and the 537 Airlift Squadron, as well as Superintendent for Operations Group Standardization & Evaluations. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Phoenix and has earned several certifications from the Community College of the Air Force, including Professional Manager Certification and degrees in Aviation Operations and Aircraft Maintenance Technology, in addition to further education at National Defense University and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
