Rakesh Shah

Rakesh Shah has over 10 years of experience as the Director of Information Systems and Operations at Freedom Health & Optimum HealthCare, where they provided leadership to a cross-functional team and implemented strategic sourcing techniques to reduce costs. Rakesh streamlined operations, implemented workflow processes, and managed end-to-end operations, resulting in increased efficiency. Rakesh also worked as a Senior IS Project Manager at the same company. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Manager at Spectra Aluminium Products and held various roles at Spectra Aluminum Products Ltd., including Manager of Quality, Health and Safety, and Quality Inspector. Rakesh began their career as a Project Engineer at Gujarat State Police Housing Corporation Ltd. and worked as a Quality Engineer at Parag Design.

Rakesh Shah holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering (M.S.) from Gujarat University, which was completed in 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Eng.) from Sardar Patel University, Vallabh Vidyanagar in 1988. In terms of additional certifications, Rakesh Shah has a Certified Quality Engineer certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA, as well as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt certification also from ASQ - MENA, both obtained in 2005. Rakesh also holds an Advanced Quality Assurance certification from Humber College, completed in 2004. Additionally, Rakesh Shah has a Diploma in Computer Science from the International Conference on Intellectual Capital Management (IICM), obtained in 1990.
