Sean Freeman

Sean Freeman, MBA, currently serves as the Hope Zone Project Manager at Omega CDC, focusing on timely project delivery and stakeholder engagement for community-centered initiatives. Previously, Sean held dual roles at Central State University as Executive Assistant and Senior Project Manager, along with experience as a Special Assistant and Project Manager supporting institutional advancement efforts. Additional roles include Business Coach at Co-op Dayton and Behavior Management Specialist at The Village Network. Sean has prior project coordination experience at Emerson Climate Technologies and leadership as a Tour Manager for God Is Dope, showcasing a diverse background in project management and strategic support. Sean holds a graduate degree in Management, Innovation, and Change from Wright State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Alabama State University.
