Jacob Stiel has worked in the technology industry since 2010. Jacob started their career at Your Information Technologies as a Senior Diagnostician and Webmaster, Co-Owner. In 2011, they took on a role as Front Office Manager at Shaw Dental Studio. In 2013, they joined Lynx Network Group as a Network Engineer, where they were responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting Layer 2 and Layer 3 network solutions, providing customer service in a high stress, high demand, fast paced environment, and monthly reporting for key performance indicators and NOC performance. In 2017, they joined TEKSystems as a Test Engineering Consultant, where they were responsible for testing deployment of video guide services in various nation wide markets, developing and supporting automation for remote testing applications, and deploying set top equipment for future remote testing. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Omega Computer Services as a Service Tech Lead.

Jacob Stiel attended Comstock High School from 2000 to 2004. Jacob then went on to pursue an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Kalamazoo Valley Community College. Jacob has also obtained various certifications, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in December 2022, 3CX Intermediate Certified Engineer v18 from 3CX in September 2019, Veeam VMTSP from Veeam Software in September 2019, and IT Glue Certified Professional from IT Glue in July 2019.
