Lawrence R. Ayers

Lawrence R. Ayers has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lawrence R. began their career at Kraft Foods Group in 2001, where they served as an Associate Cost Analyst, responsible for manufacturing area analysis and trend reporting. Lawrence R. then moved on to become a Cost Analyst, supporting various departments and reporting monthly financial results. Ayers eventually became an Operations Supervisor, leading a team of hourly employees and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

In 2005, Ayers joined AstraZeneca as a Senior Process Facilitator, managing packaging production activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lawrence R. also identified opportunities for efficiency improvement and resolved issues in the packaging operation. After seven years, Ayers transitioned to Merck in 2013, where they took on the role of Validation Project Manager. In this position, they provided technical support for complex packaging validations and played a crucial role in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

Most recently, Ayers is working at Omega Design Corporation, starting in 2016. Lawrence R. initially served as a Business Program Analyst, managing project development and providing technical documentation and support for packaging systems. Currently, Ayers holds the position of Director of Sales Operations, overseeing the sales operations and contributing to the company's success.
