Anna Pugh

Anna Pugh is a highly experienced nutritionist and registered nutritional therapist, currently working at Omega Diagnostics since November 2021, where support is provided for IgG antibody testing, Adrenal Function, and CRP testing. Anna has been with annanutrition since October 2010, focusing on delivering practical nutritional guidelines and utilizing laboratory testing for diagnosis. Additionally, since May 2017, Anna has been involved with The Healthy Employee, promoting workplace wellbeing in the construction industry by addressing stress management and nutritional strategies. Previously, Anna worked at Nuffield Health from October 2015 to December 2020, creating personalized nutrition programs to enhance client health. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nutritional Science from the University of West London and a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Durham University.
