Javier Murillo, P.E., PTP, PTOE has extensive experience in project management and engineering in the transportation sector. Javier currently serves as the Vice President - Transportation Practice Leader and Senior Transportation Project Manager at OMEGA ENGINEERS, INC. Previously, Javier worked as a Project Manager at both Stantec and KBR, where Javier was responsible for the management and production of engineering documents and Plans, Specifications, Estimates (PS&E) packages for highway projects. Javier's background includes project management, contract management, quality control, design build, and business development. Javier also gained valuable experience through various roles at the Texas Department of Transportation as a Project Manager - Project Engineer. Javier holds a Master of Business Administration from Texas A&M International University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
