Ric Henits

Ric Henits is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in mechanical design and project management across various companies. Currently serving as a Project Manager at True Mechanical since June 2022, Ric previously held similar positions at Broadway Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Co. Ltd, TC Thermenex Inc, IMEC Mechanical Ltd, and Keen Engineering Co Ltd. Starting as a mechanical designer at STERLING COOPER & ASSOCIATES LTD, Ric has developed a strong foundation in mechanical systems and design. Educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and an Architectural Technician - Design degree from Confederation College.
