Gurdeep Chahal

Gurdeep Chahal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2003, they started as a Property Information Collector at the British Columbia Assessment Authority, where they studied, evaluated, and interpreted complex financial valuation models for tax purposes. In 2005, they joined PCL as a Project Field Engineer, overseeing activities on construction sites and addressing technical problems. They also provided quality assurance, conducted inspections, and maintained communication with stakeholders. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Assistant PM (Construction Coordinator) at PCL. In 2011, they joined Altus Group as a Consultant (Analyst) in Monitoring & Reporting. In 2012, they moved to MPAC as a Sr. Valuation Analyst, specializing in Business Properties. Their most recent role is a Senior Financial Analyst at Omega Morgan, Inc., which they started in 2013. Throughout their career, Gurdeep Chahal has shown expertise in financial analysis, valuation, project management, and construction coordination.

Gurdeep Chahal completed a Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2000 to 2003. Gurdeep then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Construction Management from the same institute from 2003 to 2005. Later, they attended the University of Rochester - Simon Business School, where they obtained an MBA in Business in 2010 and 2011.
