Jérôme Vogel

Jérôme Vogel is the current Head of Procurement at OMEGA. Jérôme has been with the company since January 1999, starting as a Product Development Manager and eventually becoming a Special Project Manager. In this role, they were responsible for coordinating the portfolio of projects aligned with the company strategy, ensuring communication with various departments involved in product development, and proposing the 5 year Movement forecast. Jérôme also developed and implemented KPIs to follow and monitor the portfolio of projects, managed the collection and competitor analysis, and identified and drove organizational projects. In December 2013, they were promoted to their current position.

Jérôme Vogel has a certificate in Management Development Program : High-Performance Leadership from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Jérôme also has a degree in IT Business from Brevet d'informaticien de Gestion and Commercial School from CIFOM La Chaux-de-Fonds.
