Paulina Garcia

Paulina Garcia is a seasoned professional in public relations and marketing with extensive experience in the luxury watch industry. Currently, Paulina serves as the Senior Public Relations & Communications Manager at OMEGA SA since June 2025. Prior to this role, Paulina spent nearly nine years at Jaeger-LeCoultre, where positions included Head of Marketing and several strategic roles in marketing and communications. Earlier in the career, Paulina worked at IWC Schaffhausen as a Media & Communications Coordinator and began in the industry as an Account Executive at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Paulina holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Philosophy from Boston College, completed in 2012.
