Gerald Welbourn

Gerald "Jerry" Welbourn has been working as an Advanced Work Packaging Manager at Omega Technical Services since October 2020. Prior to that, Gerald "Jerry" gained extensive experience as a Project Manager at CB&I, where Gerald "Jerry" was responsible for managing fabrication scopes, schedules, and budgets for various projects. Gerald "Jerry"'s background also includes roles as a Design Engineer in Pressure Vessel and Nuclear Engineering. Jerry holds a BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
