Mike Bernitt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mike started their career as a Process Engineer at Sentry Group in 1994 and later served as Quality Manager at Valeo Wiper Systems, where they played a crucial role in customer satisfaction and re-certification as a Ford Q1 supplier. In 2005, they joined Qualitrol Corporation as a Quality Manager before becoming the Director of Quality at Arnold Magnetic Technologies in 2008. At Arnold, they implemented a lean quality model and aimed to elevate customer satisfaction. Mike then transitioned to Parlec, Inc. in 2013, where they served as the Quality Manager. In the same year, they also became an Owner and Coach at Crossfit ESC, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills. From 2012 onwards, they also founded and operated Parisi Speed School, a leading performance enhancement training and education system. Currently, Mike holds the position of Vice President Operations / General Manager at Omega Tool Measuring Machines, where they continue to excel in their leadership role.
Mike Bernitt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Penn State University, where they studied from 1989 to 1994. Mike then pursued further education at the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtaining a Master of Science degree in Manufacturing Management and Leadership from 1995 to 1997. Prior to their college education, Mike attended Gates Chili High School, where they completed their high school education from 1985 to 1989.
