Dr. Jude Xavier

Dr. Jude Xavier's work experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Omega Healthcare Management Services since August 2022. In this role, they are responsible for implementing innovative HR initiatives and managing employee relations. Prior to this, they were the Vice President and Global Head of Talent Engagement and Learning & Development at Apexon from 2012 to 2022, where they played a key role in driving the company's success and receiving prestigious awards. Dr. Jude also held leadership positions at Polaris Financial Technology Limited, AIG Systems Solutions, and MphasiS, where they gained expertise in various aspects of human resources and recruitment.

Dr. Jude Xavier holds a Doctorate degree in Social Work from the International Global Peace University, which they completed in 2018. Dr. Jude also has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Loyola College, Chennai, with a specialization in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Labour Welfare & Human Resource Development, obtained between 1995 and 1997. Dr. Xavier obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Presidency College in 1995. Dr. Jude has also earned various diplomas in fields such as Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business & Managerial Psychology, and Counseling Psychology. Furthermore, Dr. Xavier has completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University. Dr. Jude has furthered their education with an Executive Development Program in Advance Human Resource Development from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2021. Additionally, Dr. Xavier holds the certification of Certified Recruiter Analyst.
