Jessica Buhse

Jessica Buhse has extensive experience in human resources administration. Jessica served as the Director of Human Resources Administration at Omega Healthcare Management Services starting in 2023. Previously, they worked at the same company, formerly known as himagine solutions, as the Manager of Human Resources Administration from 2015 until 2023. Jessica'sresponsibilities included managing employee benefit plans, serving as a liaison for brokers and carriers, and handling various HR processes such as annual enrollment, workers' compensation claims, FMLA, STD/LTD filing, and COBRA. Before joining Omega Healthcare, Jessica worked at The Outsource Group, a Parallon company, where they held roles as the Manager of Human Resources and Sr. Human Resources Administrator. Jessica'sduties involved managing the HRIS database, conducting compensation surveys, job analysis, and developing job descriptions. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Interface Security Systems, LLC, where they handled payroll processing for 600 employees and assisted with employee files and inquiries.

Jessica Buhse, CCP completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at Southeast Missouri State University from 1999 to 2003. In 2014, they obtained certification as a Certified Compensation Professional from WorldatWork.
