Manoj YM has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Manoj is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Omega Healthcare Management Services since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Apexon from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for hiring and interacting with stakeholders, recruiting mid to senior-level professionals, and negotiating with candidates. Before that, they worked as an HR Executive at Just Dial Limited from 2017 to 2020, where they handled recruitment at all levels, organized recruitment drives, and managed the end-to-end recruitment process. Manoj also gained experience as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition at Covenant Consultants from 2015 to 2017, where they conducted extensive hiring, coordinated with technical panels, and performed various recruitment tasks. Additionally, they worked as an HR Executive at Premier Travels from 2014 to 2015, where they were involved in the end-to-end recruitment process and sourced candidates through various channels.

Manoj YM completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Madras from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Dwaraka Doss Goverdhan Doss Vaishnav College between 2010 and 2013. In their earlier years, they attended Sri Shuddadwaita Vaishnav Higher Secondary School, where they completed their High School education with a focus on Statistics from 2008 to 2010.
