David Eberhart

David Eberhart is a partner at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, based in the San Francisco office and specializing in Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation. They have been in private practice since 1992, initially working as an associate at Schottenstein, Zox & Dunn before joining O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where they served as an associate and counsel before becoming a partner in 2004.
