Ike Chidi

Ike Chidi is a Partner at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, focusing on commercial lending within the private equity space. They actively represent private equity firms, companies, and lending institutions in structuring and negotiating a range of financing transactions, including venture capital investments and leveraged buyouts. Previously, Ike held positions at Rutan & Tucker, LLP, McDermott Will & Emery, and Dentons, where they specialized in corporate law, banking, and finance. Ike is currently pursuing a B.A. in Political Science at Stanford University and a J.D. at the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law.
