Kruti Shah holds extensive experience in global mobility and expatriate tax, currently serving as Senior Manager of Retirement Administration and Global Mobility at O'Melveny & Myers LLP since June 2008. Previous roles include International Compensation Specialist at Mattel, Inc., managing over 350 international assignees, and Expatriate Tax Senior at EY, directing compliance and advisory programs for thousands of expatriates across numerous countries.
