LaNitra S. Webb, MBA, CDP® has a diverse background in diversity, equity, and inclusion roles within the legal profession. Currently serving as a Board Member at ALFDP, LaNitra has also held positions such as Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP. In addition, LaNitra has experience in global diversity management at Hogan Lovells and business development at Commodore Builders and Colliers International. LaNitra holds an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Simmons University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice & Political Science from UMass Boston.
