Alicia Kirson

Alicia Kirson, PHR, is an experienced executive recruiter and HR business partner currently contracted as a Senior Recruiter with Omeros Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative therapeutics. With a diverse background that includes roles as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Vaniam Group and Recruiting Manager at Peak Corporate Network, Alicia has managed full lifecycle recruiting, employee retention initiatives, and HR processes. Previous experience includes corporate recruiting at The Wonderful Company and college relations supervision at ValleyCrest Companies. Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from UNM Anderson School of Management and has additional marketing experience as a Product Manager prior to their HR career.
