Ryan Zauk

Ryan Zauk is an experienced investor currently working at OMERS Ventures since March 2024, focusing on Series A - C investments in Software, Fintech, and AI. Previously, Ryan Zauk contributed to Morgan Stanley's Technology Investment Banking team, playing a key role in major transactions such as Nubank's $2.9 billion IPO and the sale of Infoblox to Warburg Pincus. Additionally, Ryan Zauk has been involved with This Week in Fintech, overseeing Bay Area events, and served as Head of Media and Podcasting at Wharton Fintech, where conversations with over 70 industry leaders helped scale the platform to a global presence. Early career experiences include growth equity at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation and co-founding SunPop Music, a record label that achieved over 25 million global streams. Ryan Zauk holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA in Economics and History from Vanderbilt University.
