Celine Chiovitti

Celine Chiovitti is the Executive Vice President and Head of Pensions at OMERS. She is responsible for leading a team of +200 employees in the delivery of exceptional services and prudent pension administration to members, employers and stakeholders. Celine also leads guest experience, facilities and the print/mailroom.

She joined OMERS in 2013. Prior to joining OMERS, she spent her career in the public service, most recently leading the Pension, Payroll & Employee Benefits team at the City of Toronto, responsible for the delivery of total compensation services for over 35,000 unionized and non-unionized employees. Her career has been focused on service, making a positive impact in the lives of Ontarians, and the fundamental belief in the value of DB pension plans.

Celine is a certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Fellowship Status. She is a member of the OMERS Executive Leadership Team, chairs the OMERS Real Estate Steering Committee and sits on the Benefits and Pensions Monitor Editorial Advisory Board. Across the four seasons in Ontario she can be found cycling, hiking and running outdoors.
