Denise To, CHRL, has extensive experience in campus recruitment and program management. Denise currently serves as the Lead, Campus Programs at OMERS, starting in August 2022. Prior to this, Denise worked as the Campus Program Manager at Rogers Communications from February 2020 to August 2022.

Before joining Rogers Communications, Denise held various roles at CGI. Denise worked as the Campus Relations Lead, managing the New Grad & Co-op Program from October 2018 to January 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Campus Ambassador and Co-op Program Manager from January 2016 to September 2018. Denise also worked as a Candidate Sourcing Specialist at CGI from May 2015 to December 2015.

Additionally, Denise has experience as an Administrative Assistant at Parkway Fruits & Vegetables, where they worked from January 2008 to 2015.

Denise To, CHRL, has a comprehensive education history in the field of Human Resources. Denise obtained their Bachelor of Human Resources Management (B.HRM) with Honors in Human Resources Management from York University, where they attended from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they also completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology at York University.

In addition to their academic degrees, Denise possesses various certifications that further enhance their expertise. Denise holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, earned in June 2021. Denise is also a LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter, having completed this certification in November 2015. Furthermore, they have obtained the Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness in 5 Steps certification from the Ontario Ministry of Labour in November 2014, and the Food Handler Certificate from the City of Toronto in February 2011.
