Jillian Kovensky

Jillian Kovensky is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in private equity and corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President of Legal and Compliance for OMERS since April 2024, Kovensky previously held roles at OMERS Ventures as Director of Legal and Vice President, and at OMERS as Vice President Legal and Corporate Counsel. Prior to joining OMERS, Kovensky practiced as an Associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP from August 2007 to November 2013. Educationally, Kovensky holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Windsor, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of Toronto.
