Lila Han

Lila Han, CFA, CAIA, is the Director of Sustainable Investing at OMERS since September 2023, having previously served as Director of Innovation for Global Consultants at Bridgewater Associates. Prior experience includes Associate Partner at Aon, where Lila developed investment solutions and served as a Senior Consultant focused on Non-Profit Investment Strategies. At Russell Investments, Lila held the position of Senior Analyst, advising on non-profit consulting and co-authoring "The Non-Profit Fiduciaries' Handbook." Lila's earlier roles encompass extensive research and analysis for investment strategies at Northern Trust Global Advisors and GE Commercial Finance. Lila holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MSc with distinction in Development Finance from The University of Manchester, and has completed executive education programs at Wharton, ICGN, and Bryant University.
