Cornelia Frentz

Director, Governance & Sustainable Investing at European Circular Bioeconomy Fund

Cornelia Frentz is the Manager of Corporate Governance at the European Circular Bioeconomy Fund. Cornelia has extensive experience in corporate restructurings and has held various management positions in equity investments and strategic shareholdings. Prior to their current role, Ms. Frentz was a consultant with the German Armed Forces andAttachée with the Federal Foreign Office of Germany. Cornelia has also worked as a Trainee with BASF and EC English Language Centres.

Cornelia Frentz has a Master of Laws from Universität des Saarlandes, a summer school certificate in International Relations from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Master of International Business Administration from Hochschule Düsseldorf (HSD) University of Applied Sciences, a semester abroad certificate in International Political Economy and International Business Environment from Tecnológico de Monterrey, and an economic geography degree from RWTH Aachen University. Cornelia also has a student exchange certificate from Belgrade High School in Montana, USA, and an Abitur from Städtisches Gymnasium Eschweiler. Cornelia is also certified as an asset accountant from Steuer-Fachschule Dr. Endriss GmbH & Co.KG and as a certified specialist in project management from IHK Düsseldorf.
