Lingam Parames

Lingam Parames is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering and systems administration. Currently serving as Associate Director of Network Engineering at OMERS since January 2020, previous roles at the organization include Manager and Team Lead in Network & UC Engineering. Prior to OMERS, Lingam worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Oxford Properties Group and as a Network Analyst at HJ Heinz, where significant achievements included the design and implementation of a Cisco VoIP Phone system and a Wireless LAN solution for multiple locations. Technical expertise encompasses a range of technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Cisco systems. Lingam holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, earned in 1992.
