Rich Morris

Rich Morris is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in various sectors, particularly in investment advising and energy. Currently serving as Director of Legal and Compliance at OMERS since April 2020, Rich previously held key positions including Senior Compliance Officer and Legal Counsel at MVision Private Equity Advisers, and General Counsel roles at Eco Energy World Ltd and Ecofin. Rich’s background also includes serving as General Counsel and Compliance Officer at Bluefield Partners LLP and as a Conflicts/Compliance Lawyer at Clifford Chance. Rich is registered with FINRA as a General Securities Representative and General Securities Principal. Rich holds a JD in Law from The University of Texas at Austin and a BS in Zoology from Texas A&M University.
