Samantha Parks

Samantha Parks, CHRP, has an extensive career in human resources, currently serving as Associate Director of Strategic Workforce Planning at OMERS since October 2017. Over the years at OMERS, Samantha has held various roles including Associate Director of Advisory & Support, Manager of Advisory & Support, People Experience Lead, and Senior Associate in both Capital Markets and Investments. Prior to this, Samantha gained experience as a Human Resources Coordinator and Summer Student at Precision Castparts from May 2016 to June 2017. Samantha holds an education from York University, where studies took place from 2013 to 2015.
