Maia Mintzberg

Maia Mintzberg is currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Jewish General Hospital, focusing on social work in inpatient services and adult psychiatry since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Social Work Intern specializing in early childhood disorders and child psychiatry at the same hospital, and as an Academic Coordinator and Young Adult Employment & Education Specialist at Agence Ometz. Maia has also held positions at the English Montreal School Board as an Enrichment Facilitator and Counsellor in Reeducation, as well as an Educator at Bloom Class and a Community Service Worker at Agence Ometz. Maia is pursuing a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology at McGill University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Social Work from Dalhousie University and an Inclusive Education Certificate from McGill University School of Continuing Studies, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology & Social Anthropology from Dalhousie University.
