Keith Baxter

Keith Baxter is a seasoned professional in the engineering and management sectors, currently serving as the Business Unit General Manager for Substations at Omexom UK and ROI since May 2023. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, previous roles include Transmission Operations Manager at IDEC Technical Services Limited and Associate Director/National Engineering Manager at Amey, overseeing multi-disciplinary engineering teams capable of delivering comprehensive design packages for substations. Additional positions held include National Engineering Manager and Senior Electrical Engineer at Enterprise Plc, Electrical Engineer and Commissioning Engineer at ESBI Engineering (UK) Ltd, and involvement with Protection Field Teams at Eskom. Keith Baxter holds a BEng (Hons) in General Engineering and a BSc from The Open University, as well as a National Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current) from the University of Johannesburg.
