Desmond Bell DPM, CWS

Desmond Bell DPM, CWS has a long and varied work history in the healthcare industry. Desmond began their career in 1998 as the CEO of Limb Salvage Institute/Wound Care on Wheels, LLC. In 2008, they became the Executive Director of The Save A Leg, Save A Life Foundation, and in 2013 they took on the role of Director of Education for the same organization. In 2013, Bell also became the Sole Proprietor of DPB Consulting, LLC. In 2014, they became the Wound Care/ Limb Preservation Specialist for First Coast Cardiovascular Institute. In 2015, they founded and became President/Founder of The Save A Leg, Save A Life Foundation. In 2019, they took on the role of Chief Medical Officer for Omeza. Most recently, in 2020, Bell became an Executive Physician Coach for MD Coaches LLC.

Desmond Bell DPM, CWS obtained their Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in 1995. In 2017, they became a Fellow of the Faculty of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons Glasgow in the College of Podiatric Medicine. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Tulane University in 1982. Desmond graduated from Ramapo High School in 1978.
