Anurag Soni

Anurag Soni has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Anurag started their career at Indian Institute of Technology, Madras as a Research Assistant in 2009. Anurag then worked as a Research Assistant at University of Mississippi in 2010. In 2011, they joined Virtusa as an Engineer-Technology, and later advanced to the role of Specialist - Business Analyst and Senior Specialist - Business Analyst. In 2015, they joined Polaris Consulting & Services Ltd as a Consultant - Business Analyst. Anurag then pursued their graduate studies at Purdue University Krannert School of Management, where they worked as a Graduate Student from 2017 to 2018. Anurag then joined Barclays as a Data Scientist in 2018. At EXL, their roles included Lead Assistant Manager (Consultant) from 2018 to 2021, and Analytics Manager (Sr. Consultant) from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Anurag serves as an Analytics Lead at OneMain Financial.
