Head of Consumer Insights & Analytics at Revuze

Noa Shachaff has worked in the field of consumer insights and analytics for over 20 years. Noa began their career in 1991 as Chief Officer of Education in the Israeli Defense Forces. In 2002, they joined Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc. as Senior Strategic Planning Analyst where they analyzed the company's online activity, performed A/B testing and improved shipping cost structure, leading to an increase in purchase funnel conversion rate and double digit online sales growth. Noa also conducted ATL/BTL promotion analysis, using econometric regression, sales lift analysis, customer surveys and focus group analysis, and helped increase marketing ROI. In 2009, Noa joined Strauss Group Inc. as Consumer Insight Manager - Product Development and Innovation Specialty, where they managed all product development and innovation related market research and data analysis for the company's various divisions. Noa also consulted senior level management on effective concept ideation and execution, directly influencing the strategic direction and sales results of successful launches such as the Danone Pro platform. In 2020, Noa joined Revuze as Head of Consumer Insights & Analytics, where they are responsible for building and managing Revuze Professional Services arm, which includes recruiting, training and managing a team of analysts, as well as setting the vision and the roadmap for the department's growth and success. Noa has also developed and implemented SQL based reporting and PowerBI dashboard capabilities, to support complex and time-sensitive analysis for Revuze leading International clients. Additionally, they conduct cross-client and industry specific analysis in support of pre-sale and post sale activities, webinars and news releases.

Noa Shachaff graduated from Tel Aviv University in 1997 with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Noa then went on to pursue a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University, which they completed in 2002 with a major in Marketing and Strategy.
