Denise King

Denise King has extensive work experience in human resources, specifically in leadership roles. Denise worked at OneMain Financial as the VP/Human Resources Director, where they served as a strategic business partner and leader of a team supporting a consumer finance business segment and insurance division. Denise collaborated with the executive team to drive key business and people initiatives and led diversity and inclusion change initiatives. Prior to this, Denise worked at Citi as an HR Director, where they were a strategic business partner to the EVP Field Operations and President of the Insurance subsidiary. Denise provided coaching and influenced leadership on performance and change management, ensuring compliance with employment laws across multiple states. Denise also facilitated talent management strategies and succession planning efforts and led a team of HR professionals supporting thousands of employees. Before Citi, Denise held the role of AVP Employee Relations at AMERICREDIT FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.

Denise King holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Concordia University Texas. Denise also has a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification institution.
