Oleg Kharlamov

Oleg Kharlamov is a highly experienced technology software engineer specializing in software development and quality assurance. Currently serving as the Lead Technology Software Engineer (SDET) at OneMain Financial since July 2020, Oleg previously held key positions including SDET at Clearcover, where end-to-end product and integration testing strategies were developed, and Vice President of Quality and Agility Experience at Robin Care, overseeing quality assurance processes and implementing Agile methodologies. With extensive experience as a Senior QA Director and Technical Lead at MDLIVE Inc / Breakthrough Behavioral Inc, and as Senior QA Manager at YottaMark and ShopWell, Oleg has a proven track record in leading QA teams, designing automation frameworks, and managing comprehensive testing efforts. Oleg holds a degree in SQA Automation from PCS SQA, and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Electronics from the Moscow Technical Institute of KIP Devices and Telecommunications.
