Philippe Maass

Philippe Maass currently serves as the Interim VP/Director of Impact and Government Relations Analyst at OneMain Financial, focusing on federal and state advocacy efforts through research, writing, and project management. Previously, Philippe held the position of Constituent Liaison at the New York State Assembly and served as a Campaign Volunteer for Biden for President. During an internship at Chevron, Philippe created communication materials on air emission reduction and developed a business intelligence dashboard for local air quality trends. Academic experiences include roles as a Research Assistant at the University of Rochester, contributing to studies on socioeconomic inequalities and European national identity, and serving as a Legislative Intern at the House of Commons. Philippe holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester and attended programs at the American Enterprise Institute and the University of Westminster, in addition to obtaining a French Baccalaureate and completing studies at Lycee Rochambeau French International School.
