Rae Corpuz

Rae Corpuz currently serves as Associate Director of Customer Support at OneMain Financial since July 2022, where a fully remote support team was built and led, achieving over 90% customer satisfaction and significantly improving email response times. Previously, Rae worked as Customer Support Manager at Trim, launching new support channels and enhancing omnichannel capabilities, alongside a prior role focused on scaling a remote support team and resolving complex customer issues. Other experience includes leading pastry operations at Town Hall and founding The Cookie Jar, where significant sales growth was achieved. Educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Management from Ateneo de Manila University and training in SQL through General Assembly.
