Scott Felts has over 30 years of experience in various roles within the financial industry. Scott is currently serving as the Vice President / Director - Treasury at OneMain Financial since June 2022. Prior to their current role, they were the Associate Director, Portfolio Quality Analytics and Capital Markets Support at OneMain Financial from June 2014 to September 2022.

Before joining OneMain Financial, Scott worked at Springleaf Financial Services for 18 years. During their time there, they held various positions including Manager, Portfolio Analytics and Capital Markets Support from June 2012 to June 2014, Manager, Corporate Development from June 2003 to June 2012, Lead Analyst from October 1998 to June 2003, and Senior Business Analyst from May 1996 to October 1998.

Scott's career started at Bank One Lafayette, NA, where they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst - Financial Officer from July 1993 to May 1996.

Scott Felts completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. Scott then pursued a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, from 2020 to 2022.
