James Darcy

Jim joined ESL as Finance Manager in 1997 and was promoted to his most recent role of Treasurer in 2006. Prior to his career at ESL, Jim held various positions over his seven years of service at First Federal including Profitability Manager, Asset Liability Manager, and Financial Analyst. His extensive experience and expertise in balance sheet management and pricing help execute many aspects of ESL’s financial strategy, including effective portfolio management. As VP/Director, Treasury, Jim manages ESL’s wholesale investment and borrowing portfolios, quarterly earnings forecasts, business casework, and profitability analysis throughout the company.

Jim graduated from St. John Fisher College with a B.S. in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance. Active in the local community, Jim is on the Board of Flower City Habitat for Humanity and is a member of the Greater Rochester United Way Investment Community.
