Tara Ricketts

Tara Ricketts has extensive work experience as a human resources professional. Tara served as the Vice President of Human Resources at OneMain Financial, where they focused on creating a positive team member experience and promoting a fair and inclusive work environment. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief People Officer at both Foresight Commercial Insurance and Safesite, where they developed people-focused practices for hiring, retention, and engagement.
